Job Summary

Owns the Windows patching design across SG\'s Windows estate. Anchors SCCM operations and drives Phase 2 automation. Sister role to the Linux Automation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize Operational Systems By Implementing Ms Windows 2000 Administration Best Practices To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow, Ensuring Efficient Business Processes.
2. Analyze And Understand Client Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Ms Windows 2000 Tools And Support Methodologies.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team In Ms Windows 2000 Administration, Ensuring Clear Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Environment.
4. Introduce Innovative Solutions And Process Enhancements Within The Ms Windows 2000 Framework To Support Organizational Growth And Improve Service Delivery.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs While Leveraging Ms Windows 2000 Administration Capabilities, Driving Tangible Business Results.

Other Requirements

■ Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) or Azure equivalent. ■ Experience with PSWindowsUpdate, Desired State Configuration. ■ Active Directory hardening exposure.
