Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations will play a pivotal role in managing operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This role is essential for meeting client SLAs while empowering teams through effective leadership and strategic guidance to enhance overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement Mainframe Automation Solutions To Enhance Operational Systems, Facilitating Improved Management Reporting And Streamlining Information Flow To Optimize Business Processes.
2. Utilize Message Automation Tools To Ensure Timely Communication Of Updates And Status To Clients, Ensuring That The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals, Driving A Culture Of Accountability And Performance Excellence.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Methodologies For Process Development, Enhancing Organizational Efficiency And Effectiveness.
5. Analyze Client Requirements And Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Within The Operational Environment, Leading To Improved Business Outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
