Job Summary
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).\r\nManage user identities, groups, roles, and licenses using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\r\nProvide L2/L3 support for M365 incidents and service requests.\r\nMonitor M365 service health, availability, and performance.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve messaging, collaboration, and identity issues.\r\nImplement and support security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP).\r\nManage email, collaboration, and document access configurations.\r\nSupport onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle activities.\r\nAssist with M365 migrations, upgrades, and feature rollouts.\r\nAutomate routine tasks using PowerShell where applicable.\r\nWork with Microsoft Support and third‑party vendors for issue resolution.\r\nEnsure adherence to SLAs, ITSM processes, and service governance.\r\nMaintain service documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\r\nSupport compliance requirements including retention and basic eDiscovery.\r\nProactively recommend improvements and best practices for M365 services.
