Track Lead - Microsoft 365 Administration

Job Summary

The role focuses on supporting Azure and Microsoft 365 compute platforms, with responsibilities spanning the design and management of secure, compliant Azure environments. It includes oversight of Azure AI/ML workspaces, along with implementing enterprise-grade security and endpoint management solutions. The position requires adherence to HIPAA standards and MFA enforcement

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : • Design and manage Azure control tower and landing zone architectures (management groups/subscriptions, networking patterns, policy/guardrails, and shared services). • Build and maintain production and test Azure environments within a single Azure tenant, including repeatable provisioning, validation, and lifecycle management. • Create and manage Azure AI / Azure Machine Learning workspaces, supporting secure connectivity, access, and operational readiness for workloads. • Implement enterprise-grade security, governance, and access controls aligned with compliance standards, applying Azure’s shared responsibility security model. • Modern endpoint management (Intune/Autopilot): configure and operate enrollment/provisioning, policies, baseline configurations, and troubleshooting. • SCCM ownership: assess and migrate remaining workloads (apps/policies) to Intune as appropriate and manage transition activities and documentation/runbooks.

Skill Requirement : Skill Requirements • Proven ability to design and manage Azure landing zones, build Azure environments, and create/manage Azure AI/ML workspaces. • Strong understanding of Azure’s shared responsibility security model. • Experience implementing security, governance, and access controls aligned with enterprise and compliance standards. • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services and identity basics (e.g., Entra ID concepts) in an enterprise environment. • Modern endpoint management experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot; working knowledge of SCCM and migration concepts. • PowerShell automation skills and strong documentation practices. • Ability to follow security controls (HIPAA context) and MFA-required workflows.
