IT Operations – Expert (M365 / Azure / Exchange)\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nPosition Overview\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Expert with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) management, and Exchange administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of enterprise collaboration and communication platforms, while working in a dynamic international environment.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Microsoft 365 Administration\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Manage and administer M365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security/compliance features.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Implement policies for identity, access, and data protection.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues for end users and enterprise systems.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Azure VDI Administration\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Configure, manage, and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of virtual desktop infrastructure.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Exchange Administration\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Administer and maintain Exchange Online and/or on-premises Exchange environments.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Manage mail flow, mailbox provisioning, and security policies.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Troubleshoot and resolve email-related issues, ensuring reliable communication services.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Operations & Support\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Monitor system health, performance, and availability across platforms.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Implement proactive measures to prevent downtime and ensure business continuity.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\no Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT operations.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills & Experience\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Strong hands-on experience in M365 administration.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Proven expertise in Azure VDI administration.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Solid knowledge of Exchange administration (online and/or on-premises).\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) for working in international teams.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nPreferred Qualifications\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise support models.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n· Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
