Track Lead - Microsoft Azure - IaaS, Azure Kubernetes Service

Job Summary

Read end-to-end migration projects to Azure, including assessment, planning, design, execution, and post-migration optimization. Conduct cloud readiness assessments and develop migration roadmaps for workloads such as IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid solutions. Design secure, scalable, and cost-optimized Azure landing zones and architectures in line with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF). Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders to define migration approaches (rehost, refactor, replatform, rebuild). Oversee configuration of Azure networking, identity, governance, and security controls to support migration objectives. Provide technical leadership and guidance to migration teams, ensuring best practices are followed. Integrate Azure Migrate, ASR, Database Migration Service (DMS), and related tools into migration strategies. Develop disaster recovery and high availability solutions in Azure. Optimize performance and cost post-migration, leveraging monitoring and automation tools. Document architecture diagrams, runbooks, and operational procedures.
