ob responsibilities • Working experience in On-premises Exchange 2019 / SE and M365 workloads (EXO, SPO, Teams & one Drive). • Working experience in Exchange 2019 HA / Database Availability Group • Working experience in Hybrid Mail flow, Edge Servers, Security and exchange patching • Knowledge of Client connectivity • Proficiency in scripting / PowerShell.
Key Responsibilities
2. Analyze Client Requirements To Ensure The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations In Ms Exchange Service Delivery.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team In Ms Exchange Operations, Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Performance Metrics.
4. Innovate And Implement Process Improvements Within The Ms Exchange Framework To Drive Organizational Progress And Operational Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Within The Ms Exchange Environment To Achieve Positive Business Outcomes.
Skill Requirements
5 to 10 years’ experience in Exchange 2019 / 2016 – On-premises and M365 Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint • Any Certification on M365 / Exchange / SharePoint will be an added advantage.
