Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position empowers teams through effective people management, ensuring that support services align with client expectations while driving innovation and efficiency in processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems Using Microsoft Identity Manager And Active Directory To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Thereby Supporting Strategic Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Utilizes Oracle Identity Manager And Active Directory To Meet And Exceed Client Expectations.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Utilizing Microsoft Identity Manager To Facilitate Effective Teamwork And Collaboration.
4. Introduce Innovative Ideas For Process Development Leveraging Microsoft Identity Manager And Active Directory, Driving Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Microsoft Identity Manager And Oracle Identity Manager That Meet Customer Needs Within The Operational Environment, Leading To Positive Business Outcomes.
