Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing O365 Messaging Services and In-Premise Exchange environments. This position focuses on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and meeting client SLAs, while empowering teams through effective leadership and communication. The Track Lead ensures operational excellence and drives innovation to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing O365 Messaging Services And In-Premise Exchange Tools To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements To Ensure The Support Team Effectively Meets Expectations, Leveraging O365 Capabilities To Provide Timely And Effective Solutions.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Ensuring Alignment With O365 Service Delivery Standards.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying Opportunities For Process Development Using O365 And In-Premise Exchange Technologies To Achieve Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Within The O365 And In-Premise Exchange Environments, Ensuring Business Results Are Achieved.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In O365 Messaging Services And In-Premise Exchange Management.
2. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Analyze Client Requirements Effectively.
3. Excellent Leadership And Mentoring Abilities To Guide Project Teams.
4. In-Depth Knowledge Of Operational Systems And Process Optimization Methodologies.
5. Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients And Stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1. Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
