Job Summary

JD for Exchange SME

  1. Good knowledge on both Exchange on-premises and online (O365)
  2. Analyses technical problems and creates solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools
  3. Configuration, support, and administration of Exchange 2010/2013/2016/2019 and online
  4. Analyses technical problems and creates solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools
  5. Monitor Microsoft Exchange alerts to proactively respond, analyze, and troubleshoot to avoid potential incidents that may cause system/network back logs
  6. Monitor Microsoft server performance, run routine server diagnostic tests, perform and monitor system backups, and perform cluster failovers
  7. Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve non-deliveries, and perform message tracking and record status/findings in daily operations log
  8. Good understanding Email routing
  9. Exchange migration
  10. API mailbox understanding and design
  11. SMTP routing and design.
  12. Exchange mail flow.
  13. Addition of extra domains in existing environment
  14. Good knowledge on email gateway connectivity and routing
  15. SMTP TLS enforcement between two or more client or email domains
  16. Capable to implementation and design exchange plan
  17. Good expertise on Exchange troubleshooting.
  18. Good understanding on MDM and archive solution
  19. Exchange database management
  20. Exchange DAG management.
  21. Mailbox management (All Shared, user, resource etc. including licenses)
  22. Good understanding on email gateways.
  23. Hands on experience or good understanding on Exchange disaster recovery.
  24. Good understanding on Exchange backup solution and exchange troubleshooting
  25. Perform Exchange database repair, restore and monitor including exchange transaction logs.
