Job Summary

Support and Bug Fixes: \\\\r\\\\no Support, Troubleshooting, and Bug Fixes for Power Apps and Power Automate\\\\r\\\\no Identification and resolution of issues and defects \\\\r\\\\n• Enhancements and Development:\\\\r\\\\no Review and assess requests for enhancements and new canvas app development related to the in-scope system components.\\\\r\\\\no Provide effort estimates, gather required approvals, and execute implementation post agreement and approvals from the client stakeholders.\\\\r\\\\n

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Leveraging Power Bi For Improved Management Reporting And Data Visualization, Streamlining Information Flow, And Optimizing Business Processes.
2. Utilize Powershell Scripting To Automate Routine Tasks, Ensuring The Support Team Effectively Meets Client Expectations And Slas.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Performance Metrics, Fostering A Collaborative Environment.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying Opportunities For Process Development And Implementing Best Practices Using Python To Enhance Operational Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Through Data Analysis And Reporting, Leading To Measurable Business Outcomes.
