Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead to drive digital transformation initiatives through the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, helping identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow automation, self-service analytics, and application modernization using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Power Platform consulting engagements and assess business processes for automation and optimization opportunities. Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse. Architect end-to-end workflow automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365, Azure, ServiceNow, SAP, and other enterprise platforms. Design executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and predictive analytics solutions using Power BI. Drive requirements gathering workshops, solution blueprints, effort estimations, and technical roadmaps. Establish governance, security, ALM, and best practices for Power Platform environments. Mentor developers and citizen developers on solution design and implementation. Collaborate with business leaders to define data strategies, reporting frameworks, and automation priorities. Lead solution reviews, technical design discussions, and client presentations. Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and transformation proposals.
