Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in managing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position emphasizes problem-solving, meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and fostering team empowerment through effective leadership. The Track Lead is instrumental in enhancing management reporting and optimizing processes to align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Leveraging Power Bi For Improved Management Reporting And Data Visualization, Streamlining Information Flow, And Optimizing Business Processes.
2. Utilize Powershell Scripting To Automate Routine Tasks, Ensuring The Support Team Effectively Meets Client Expectations And Slas.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Performance Metrics, Fostering A Collaborative Environment.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying Opportunities For Process Development And Implementing Best Practices Using Python To Enhance Operational Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Through Data Analysis And Reporting, Leading To Measurable Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Power Bi For Data Visualization And Reporting.
2. Strong Understanding Of Powershell For Automation And System Management.
