Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in managing operational excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is responsible for meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), empowering teams, and ensuring that the support team effectively addresses client requirements. The Track Lead will also drive innovative solutions that enhance organizational performance.

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Leveraging Microsoft Vdi Solutions And Rdsh To Facilitate Improved Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Ensure The Support Team Meets Client Expectations By Understanding Client Requirements And Implementing Effective Touch Services Across Video And Telepresence Platforms.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Utilizing Microsoft Vdi Solutions To Address Team Challenges.
4. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Introducing New Ideas And Best Practices Related To Windows Environments And Microsoft Vdi Solutions To Support Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Microsoft Vdi And Rdsh Technologies That Align With Customer Needs, Ensuring Effective Service Delivery And Achieving Business Results.
