Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operational excellence while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position focuses on problem-solving and meeting client SLAs, while empowering teams through effective leadership and communication. The Track Lead will ensure that the support team aligns with client expectations and fosters a culture of innovation for organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Emc Isilon And Ibm Spectrum Scale To Facilitate Improved Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Effectively Meets Client Expectations While Utilizing Netapp File Storage Solutions For Data Management.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering Collaboration Within Emc Isilon Environments.
4. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Leveraging Best Practices In Support Operations And Integrating New Technologies To Enhance Service Delivery.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Operational Capabilities, Resulting In Measurable Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Emc Isilon And Its Operational Management.
2. Strong Understanding Of Netapp File Storage And Ibm Spectrum Scale Technologies.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
4. Demonstrated Ability To Lead Teams And Foster Effective Communication.
