Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations is a pivotal role responsible for managing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position focuses on problem-solving and ensuring adherence to client SLAs while empowering teams through effective people management. The Track Lead plays a crucial role in optimizing processes and fostering innovation to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Leveraging Nutanix And Vmware Vsphere Technologies To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Effectively Meets Expectations Through Proficient Use Of Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure And Vcenter.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Culture Of Collaboration And Accountability.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas For Process Development And Overall Organizational Improvement Using Nutanix Ahv Capabilities.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Utilizing Nutanix And Vmware Technologies To Achieve Impactful Business Results.
