Track Lead - OKTA, CyberArk PAM

Job Summary

Okta / IAM Administer and support enterprise Okta Identity Cloud environments. Configure and troubleshoot SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) integrations. Integrate enterprise applications with Okta for authentication and access management. Configure and troubleshoot MFA, authentication policies, sign-on policies, and access issues. Manage users, groups, application assignments, and lifecycle-management workflows. Support integrations between Okta and Active Directory / LDAP. Troubleshoot federation, authentication, provisioning, and synchronization issues. Support Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes and automated provisioning/deprovisioning. Troubleshoot SCIM-based provisioning integrations. Review Okta system logs and perform advanced incident analysis. API / Integration Develop, configure, and troubleshoot integrations using Okta REST APIs. Strong understanding of REST, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, API endpoints, headers and status codes. Implement API authentication using OAuth 2.0/OIDC and appropriate token-based mechanisms. Troubleshoot API authentication, authorization, token, connectivity, and integration failures. Work with application teams to onboard applications through APIs and federation standards. Test and troubleshoot integrations using tools such as Postman. Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, or equivalent scripting. Support API-driven user, group, application, and access-management activities. Understand API error handling, logging, rate-limit considerations, and secure credential handling.
