Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in managing operational risks while ensuring effective SAP security and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practices. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, problem-solving, and meeting client service level agreements (SLAs), empowering teams through strong leadership and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Implementing Best Practices In Operational Risk Management And Sap Security, Facilitating Improved Management Reporting And Streamlined Information Flow.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Client Expectations Through Proactive Engagement And Resolution Of Issues.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team In Operational Risk Management, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Performance Metrics.
4. Drive Innovation And Process Development By Identifying Opportunities For Improvement In Operational Workflows And Leveraging Sap Grc Tools.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Business Objectives, Ensuring Compliance With Operational Risk Frameworks And Enhancing Overall Business Results.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Operational Risk Management Principles And Practices.
2. Proficiency In Sap Security And Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc) Frameworks.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Implement Continuous Improvement Strategies.
4. Effective Communication And Team Leadership Skills To Manage And Empower Project Teams.
5. Familiarity With Organizational Planning And Management Reporting Processes.
