Senior Oracle Administrator - Oracle Administration,PostgreSQL,MYSQL, MS SQL

Act as Database SPOC for customers and internal stakeholders\\\\r\\\\nParticipate in operational reviews and governance calls\\\\r\\\\nMaintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation\\\\r\\\\nSupport demand forecasting and resource planning

Skill Requirements

Ensure SLA / KPI adherence for incidents, service requests, changes, and problems Act as the primary escalation point for database‑related outages and performance issues Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions Ensure ITIL‑aligned processes and audit readiness

Other Requirements

Provide L3‑level technical guidance for Oracle and SQL DBAs Handle advanced troubleshooting for performance, replication, backup, and recovery Work closely with application, middleware, OS, storage, and cloud teams Review database architecture and recommend best practices
