Job Summary

AWS Oracle SME Description: We are seeking a skilled Cloud/Database Engineer with strong hands-on experience migrating Oracle workloads to AWS. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end assessment, schema and code remediation (as needed), data replication/CDC, cutover planning, and post-migration optimization for Oracle environments moving to Amazon RDS for Oracle or Oracle on Amazon EC2, ensuring secure and low-downtime transitions. Total Experience - A minimum of 10 to 12 years of proven experience in database engineering and migrations, including designing, modernizing, and operating Oracle database platforms on AWS (RDS/EC2-hosted databases) with strong focus on performance, security, HA/DR, and automation.
