You will be the primary subject matter expert for Oracle RDBMS versions ranging from 11.2 to 19c+, with a specific focus on Multitenant architecture. This role requires a \\\\\\\"\\\\\\\"consultant mindset\\\\\\\"\\\\\\\"—someone who is self-driven, thrives in an international team, and can solve complex performance puzzles under pressure.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCore Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nEnd-to-End Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle databases (11.2, 12.1, 12.2+) with zero supervision.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nMultitenant Management: Design, implement, and troubleshoot CDB/PDB (Container and Pluggable) environments, ensuring efficient resource isolation and cloning.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nEmergency Response: Lead the troubleshooting for Business Critical outages, identifying root causes in real-time to minimize RTO (Recovery Time Objective).\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDeep-Dive Performance Tuning: Identify and rewrite inefficient SQL queries using execution plans, hints, and indexing strategies to optimize system throughput.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nProactive Monitoring: Leverage Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) to configure sophisticated alerting, preventing issues before they impact the business.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTechnical Qualifications\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nExpert Level RDBMS: Deep architectural knowledge of Oracle 11g through 19c.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nMultitenancy Mastery: Proven experience managing Oracle 12.2+ Multitenant environments (Container Databases).\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTuning Toolkit: Expert skills in AWR, ADDM, ASH, and SQL Profile analysis.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nOEM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with OEM for monitoring, provisioning, and performance management.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSelf-Sufficiency: A proven track record of managing complex database estates independently in a high-pressure environment.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCommunication & Soft Skills\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nEnglish Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory, as you will collaborate daily with global specialists.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nInternational Collaboration: Ability to bridge technical gaps across different time zones and cultures.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nInterpersonal Impact: Ability to stay composed during critical incidents and communicate technical status clearly to stakeholders.\\\\\\\"\\\\r\\\\n
