Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence within the organization. Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize Operational Systems Using Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas To Enhance Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Improve Business Processes, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Expectations, Utilizing Azure Kubernetes For Efficient Resource Management And Service Delivery.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams, Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Expectations While Leveraging Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Tools Like Terraform For Deployment Automation And Consistency.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying And Implementing New Process Improvements And Operational Strategies That Enhance Overall Organizational Efficiency And Effectiveness.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Based On Customer Needs Within The Azure Environment, Ensuring That Outcomes Align With Business Objectives And Contribute To Measurable Success.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas With A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Service Models.
2. Familiarity With Azure Kubernetes For Container Orchestration And Deployment.
3. Solid Experience With Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Tools Such As Terraform And Vra Azure.
4. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And A Commitment To Continuous Improvement In Operational Processes.

Other Requirements

1. Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification Is Optional But Valuable.
2. Itil Foundation Certification Is Recommended To Enhance Operational Management Skills
