Job Summary
Notifies/provides updates to the Application Owners and stakeholders of their outstanding tech debt. Trains and assists Application Owners in capturing remediation plans, entering of Intake, review of intake, uploading of data.
Key Responsibilities
Proficiency in data analysis and validation tools (Excel, SQL) Experience with intake management systems Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow tools Strong documentation skills Knowledge of server infrastructure basics (Windows/Linux) Experience with data quality and reconciliation processes Communication and stakeholder management skills
