Job Summary

Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting for the Tech Refresh project. Collaborate with Intake, Scheduling, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting alignment Create ad-hoc reports for stakeholders and support audit/compliance reporting requirements Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking Tech Refresh progress, wave completion rates, and remediation status. Generate weekly/monthly executive summaries and metrics for leadership on project health, risks, and milestones

Key Responsibilities

Proficiency in BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Excel); SQL for data querying; experience with data visualization and dashboard design; knowledge of ETL processes; familiarity with ServiceNow, similar workflow tools; strong analytical and statistical skillset
