Job Summary

Assist Application Owners in creating schedules and validate schedules created by app owners to ensure success and reduce risk Coordinate communication and rescheduling when there are cancellations/changes (e.g., for Change restrictions or Peak Seasons)

Key Responsibilities

Proficiency in scheduling and resource management tools Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow/ticketing systems Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis Familiarity with server infrastructure and change management processes Knowledge of wave planning and capacity management Communication and coordination skills for stakeholder management Understanding of ITIL practices
