Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Act as client-facing OCM SPOC for assigned programs/workstreams\\r\\nDefine OCM governance and ways of working with customer counterparts\\r\\nCreate and maintain program-level OCM trackers and reporting packs\\r\\nCraft program OCM strategy aligned to approved change impacts and objectives\\r\\nLead stakeholder engagement approach and support key stakeholder alignment\\r\\nBuild holistic program OCM plans consolidating all change activities\\r\\nDefine program narrative and ensure alignment of all collaterals to key messaging\\r\\nDrive governance rhythm, monitor progress, and report effectiveness against KPIs\\r\\nGuide practitioners on execution priorities, quality, and consistency\\r\\nIdentify and manage OCM risks/issues/escalations tied to adoption readiness\\r\\n

Other Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Project Management, or related discipline\\r\\nMaster degree in OCM / Communications / Business / Operations / HR / Psychology, or related discipline preferred\\r\\n \\r\\nExperience Required\\r\\n6–10 years in in OCM, marketing, business, communications, HR, psychology or operations roles\\r\\nExperience supporting enterprise or multi‑region programs\\r\\n \\r\\nGood to have / Exposure\\r\\nProsci / ACMP certification exposure (or working toward certification)\\r\\nExperience leading OCM in customer environments and governance forums\\r\\nExposure to modern workshop tools and structured facilitation methods\\r\\n
