Job Summary

PM / Site Manager: Overview. Overall program and site management for the Supplier engagement, accountable for delivery, staffing, and the people-management layer across all shifts. Engaged once site headcount reaches approximately 50 Supplier Personnel. Serves as the senior single point of contact to Fluidstack site leadership. Key responsibilities: ● Overall program management: delivery, staffing plan execution, coverage, and continuity across shifts ● Own scheduling, attendance, onboarding, quality oversight, and performance management for Supplier Personnel ● Serve as senior escalation point and primary interface with Fluidstack site leadership ● Manage financial and performance reporting, change requests, and risk/issues tracking ● Coordinate the L3 leads, logistics, and HSE functions into a single operating rhythm ● Drive continuous improvement and readiness for conversion to an outcome-based model Requirements: ● Proven operations/site management experience leading multi-shift data center or infrastructure teams ● Strong people-management, stakeholder-communication, and reporting capability ● Sound commercial and delivery judgment; able to make time-sensitive decisions independently ● Experience managing engagements of 50+ personnel preferred

Maximum Salary (US):  116000
Minimum Salary (US):  65000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
