Job Summary : Project and Portfolio Management, Presentation Skill, Stakeholder Management, AI/ML Tools - Others, Organizational Change Management The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) SME role is a senior practitioner-lead position responsible for owning OCM strategy, governance, and delivery oversight for programs or large workstreams. The role focuses on understanding change impacts, creating robust OCM and adoption plans, and ensuring delivery consistency through governance and stakeholder alignment. The role acts as the client-facing OCM SPOC from HCLTech for assigned programs, defines ways of working with customer counterparts, consolidates change activities into overarching program plans, and ensures consistent narrative and messaging across all OCM outputs. The OCM Lead operates with significant autonomy and provides direction to other practitioners contributing to the program. Operating as a trusted OCM authority, this role is critical in driving program-level adoption outcomes, ensuring governance discipline, and aligning change interventions to measurable value realization and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : Act as client-facing OCM SPOC for assigned programs/workstreams Define OCM governance and ways of working with customer counterparts Create and maintain program-level OCM trackers and reporting packs Craft program OCM strategy aligned to approved change impacts and objectives Lead stakeholder engagement approach and support key stakeholder alignment Build holistic program OCM plans consolidating all change activities Define program narrative and ensure alignment of all collaterals to key messaging Drive governance rhythm, monitor progress, and report effectiveness against KPIs Guide practitioners on execution priorities, quality, and consistency Identify and manage OCM risks/issues/escalations tied to adoption readiness

Other Requirements
Other Requirement : Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Project Management, or related discipline Master degree in OCM / Communications / Business / Operations / HR / Psychology, or related discipline preferred Experience Required 6–10 years in in OCM, marketing, business, communications, HR, psychology or operations roles Experience supporting enterprise or multi‑region programs Good to have / Exposure Prosci / ACMP certification exposure (or working toward certification) Experience leading OCM in customer environments and governance forums Exposure to modern workshop tools and structured facilitation methods
