Job Summary

Build scalable data and feature engineering pipelines powering the anomaly detection models on BigQuery and Python.

The Track Lead for Tools & Automation plays a pivotal role in managing operations with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for meeting client SLAs while empowering teams through effective people management. The Track Lead will leverage expertise in Python and PowerShell to enhance operational systems and drive organizational progress.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop BigQuery + SQL/Python pipelines for ingestion and transformation. Perform schema mapping across Entra ID and TrendMicro datasets. Implement feature engineering for ML model consumption. Optimize pipeline performance, cost, and reliability on GCP. Partner with the ML Engineer for model-ready datasets.

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Python And Powershell To Automate Reporting Processes, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Workflows, Ensuring Efficient Organizational Planning. 
2. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Ensure That The Support Team Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Automation Tools And Performance Metrics.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team In The Adoption Of Best Practices For Automation, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Progress.
4. Innovate And Implement New Ideas For Process Development Using Scripting And Automation Techniques In Python And Powershell To Enhance Overall Operational Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Automation Solutions Based On Customer Needs, Utilizing Python And Powershell To Drive Business Results And Improve Service Delivery.

Skill Requirements

Advanced Python, SQL, and BigQuery skills. Strong in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and schema design. Experience with GCP data services (Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer). Knowledge of feature stores and pipeline orchestration (Airflow). Understanding of security/identity data structures.

1. Proficient In Python And Powershell Scripting For Automation And Process Improvement. 
2. Strong Understanding Of Operational Management Principles And Client Relationship Management.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Continuous Improvement.
4. Ability To Lead And Mentor Teams, Facilitating Effective Communication And Collaboration.
