Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational processes, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving to meet client SLAs. This position empowers teams through effective people management, ensuring alignment with client expectations and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Qualys And Soc Tools To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Ultimately Supporting Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Leverage Soc Frameworks To Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Utilizing Qualys Insights To Drive Team Performance.
4. Drive Innovation By Implementing New Ideas For Process Development And Organizational Progress, Leveraging Soc Methodologies For Continuous Improvement.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Qualys And Soc Capabilities That Align With Customer Needs, Driving Impactful Business Results.
