Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring client satisfaction through effective management of support teams. This position focuses on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and empowering team members to meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs). By leveraging RSA-Archer and AVEKSA, the Track Lead drives innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize Operational Systems By Implementing Rsa-Archer And Aveksa Solutions To Enhance Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Support Strategic Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Delivers Exceptional Service That Meets Or Exceeds Client Expectations, Utilizing Access Governance Tools.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Performance Expectations, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Objectives.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Processes That Enhance Operational Efficiency And Contribute To Overall Organizational Growth.
5. Develop Tailored Solutions That Address Customer Needs Within The Framework Of Access Manager And Via Life Cycle Manager, Facilitating Positive Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Rsa-Archer Technical Consultant And Aveksa.
2. Strong Understanding Of Access Governance And Access Manager Tools.
3. Familiarity With Process Optimization And Operational Management Principles.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills.
5. Effective Communication And Team Leadership Abilities.
