Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing and enhancing operational processes, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective team leadership and problem-solving. This position focuses on continuous improvement, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize Redhat Linux Environments By Implementing Best Practices And Automation Tools To Enhance Operational Efficiency And Management Reporting.
2. Lead The Deployment And Management Of Redhat Satellite To Ensure Effective System Updates, Compliance, And Configuration Management Across Client Environments.
3. Mentor And Guide Support Teams In Troubleshooting And Resolving Redhat Cluster Issues, Ensuring Alignment With Client Expectations And Operational Goals.
4. Drive Process Innovation By Assessing Current Workflows And Integrating New Technologies To Improve Service Delivery And Operational Performance.
5. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Client Requirements And Translate Them Into Actionable Support Strategies That Align With Organizational Objectives.

2. Proficient In Managing And Configuring Redhat Satellite.

1. Relevant Red Hat Certifications (E.G., Red Hat Certified Engineer (Rhce) Or Red Hat Certified Specialist In Ansible Automation) Are Optional But Valuable
Maximum Salary (US):  103000
Minimum Salary (US):  55000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
