Job Summary

CI/CD, GitLab & GitOps Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GitLab CI/CD pipelinesSupport multiple application repositories and projects using shared pipeline templatesConfigure pipeline stages for build, test, container image creation, and deploymentManage GitLab runners, pipeline variables, and environment configurationsAssist with release management and deployment automation through pipelinesImplement deployment pipelines integrating GitLab with GitOps workflows  OpenShift, Argo CD & ZTP Deploy applications to OpenShift clusters via GitLab pipelinesApply and manage OpenShift YAML manifestsAssist with OpenShift cluster installations (IPI/UPI/Bare metal)Support operator and application deployments using Argo CDFollow GitOps best practices using Git as the source of truthMonitor Argo CD sync status and resolve common deployment issuesPerform basic troubleshooting of pods, services, and deployments Assist with Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) of OpenShift clusters using: Git-based declarative cluster configurationsArgo CD–driven automated cluster and operator deploymentsACM / Assisted Installer–based workflows (as applicable) Required Skills Advanced expertise in GitLab CI/CDStrong Kubernetes & OpenShift administrationHands‑on experience with Argo CD for applications, operators, and clustersDeep understanding of: (YAML,Helm and Kustomize)Container platforms (Docker / OCI)Linux administration, networking, and storage fundamentalsShell scripting (Python optional)Hands‑on experience monitoring OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters using metrics, logs, and alerts (Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging)
