Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations is responsible for managing and enhancing operational systems while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective leadership and communication. The Track Lead plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering high-quality support aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems Using Kubernetes And Ansible To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow, Optimizing Business Processes And Supporting Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Azure Cloud And Redhat Technologies.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team In Utilizing Redhat Cluster And Kubernetes, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Promoting A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
4. Drive Innovation In Process Development By Implementing Best Practices In Container Management And Orchestration, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Leveraging Kubernetes And Ansible To Achieve Desired Business Outcomes Within The Operational Environment.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Proficiency In Kubernetes And Containers
2. Solid Understanding Of Ansible For Automation
3. Experience With Redhat Linux And Redhat Cluster Management
4. Familiarity With Azure Cloud Services And Solutions
5. Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills
