Relevant experience:

• Defining complex and technical SAP solutions across multiple industry sectors, understanding of the technology enablement as well as integration with other applications.

• Experience of numerous SAP enabled business transformation programme lifecycles

• Strong knowledge of SAP solution suite and technical architecture and ability to translate business challenges into ERP solutions.

• Prior leadership experience, preferably within a consulting environment. Experience must as a minimum include business development, solution definition, delivery management, capability demand planning, and practice / people development.

• Strong “consulting” and stakeholder management skills – demonstrable presentation and client facing consulting and influencing skills up until C suite levels. All candidates must be assertive and articulate with the ability to develop and sustain senior client relationships.

• Understanding of SAP’s product strategy, including positioning of S/4 HANA and enabling tools and complementary technologies, especially the integration to other applications.

• Good knowledge Azure cloud offerings and architecting

Key competencies: Experience in proposing & implementing technical solutions in mentioned areas:

• Hands on Experience on Net Weaver and SAP New dimensional products

• Deep knowledge of IaaS / PaaS solutions

• Landscape Sizing & Design (public and private cloud)

• HA/DR architectures

• Problem Management

• WD setup and functionality

• Failover / Failback mechanisms

• Downtime minimised operation

• Backup / data retention

• Performance analysing and tuning

• Azure cloud experience

• HANA administration knowledge

• Should have knowledge on ECC, BW,CAR,EWM,PI,GRC,Portal,WD

• SAP technical operations & Security overview

• A good understanding of what and how to automate in SAP landscapes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor or a Master degree

• 8 plus years of SAP experience

• Excellent English skills, written and spoken

• Strong client and/or business facing consultancy experience.

• Ability to manage stakeholders and work under pressure

• Knowledge of key technology trends 

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Sap Basis And Sap Hana To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Contributing To Effective Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Sap Solutions.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Environment Through The Application Of Sap Tools.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Processes Utilizing Sap Technologies That Contribute To The Overall Progress Of The Organization.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Sap Basis And Sap Hana That Align With Customer Needs, Leading To Measurable Business Results And Improved Service Delivery.

Skill Requirements

1. Hands on experience in delivery/operations with focus on Incident, Change, Problem and Capacity management, Performance and Availability Management, and Lifecycle Management
2. Strong customer and team management skills. Good communication skills with ability to articulate and convey the message logically
3. Understanding of SAP�s product strategy, including positioning of S/4 HANA and Azure cloud offerings
4. Experience of leading end-to-end SAP enabled business transformation programme
5. Strong knowledge of SAP solution suite and ability to translate business challenges into SAP solutions
6. Ability to interact with Application Team and Functional Architects for upcoming SAP projects / releases

Other Requirements

1. Sap Certified Technology Associate Sap Hana Or Equivalent Certification (Optional But Valuable)
