SAP HANA_L3 Apps Set 2 ( Packaged Apps SAP, Oracle, Siebel )
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operations with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This role is crucial for meeting client SLAs while empowering teams through effective people management. The Track Lead will leverage their expertise in SAP BASIS and SAP HANA to enhance operational efficiencies and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Sap Solutions.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Environment Through The Application Of Sap Tools.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Processes Utilizing Sap Technologies That Contribute To The Overall Progress Of The Organization.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Sap Basis And Sap Hana That Align With Customer Needs, Leading To Measurable Business Results And Improved Service Delivery.
Skill Requirements
2. Strong customer and team management skills. Good communication skills with ability to articulate and convey the message logically
3. Understanding of SAP�s product strategy, including positioning of S/4 HANA and Azure cloud offerings
4. Experience of leading end-to-end SAP enabled business transformation programme
5. Strong knowledge of SAP solution suite and ability to translate business challenges into SAP solutions
6. Ability to interact with Application Team and Functional Architects for upcoming SAP projects / releases
