Job Description : Design, develop and evolve the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform within GxP-regulated context. Focus on platform enhancements, Integration of new applications and connectors, access governance, and Platform upgrades. This role is project-driven and excludes day-to-day operations and L1/L2 ticket handling.\\\\r\\\\nScope and Stakeholders\\\\r\\\\n• In scope: IdentityIQ design/build/config, application onboarding, access governance improvements, upgrades, and L3 support during go-lives, participation in change control and validation documentation\\\\r\\\\n• Out of scope: Daily operations/service desk and L1/L2 ticket handling \\\\r\\\\n• Key Stakeholders: IAM architects, application owners/teams, cybersecurity, QA/Validation.\\\\r\\\\nKey responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n• Develop and configure IdentityIQ components (rules, workflows, tasks, certifications, policies, reports) using BeanShell/Java where applicable.\\\\r\\\\n• Onboard applications and connectors (e.g., AD/LDAP, JDBC, REST/SCIM, SAP): aggregation, correlation, entitlement/role modeling and provisioning flows.\\\\r\\\\n• Implement identity lifecycle processes (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) and provisioning policies.\\\\r\\\\n• Support access governance activities (certifications/reviews, access modeling, SoD) and related platform evolution.\\\\r\\\\n• Contribute to upgrades: impact analysis, remediation/refactoring, testing, migration and stabilization.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshoot IdentityIQ/Tomcat issues via log analysis; drive root-cause resolution and quality fixes.\\\\r\\\\n• Produce and maintain audit-ready documentation; ensure traceability and compliance with GxP change/validation processes.\\\\r\\\\nProfile and experience\\\\r\\\\n• 3–5+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.\\\\r\\\\n• Autonomous contributor to complex IAM initiatives; strong requirement analysis and solution design.\\\\r\\\\n• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge requirements and propose solutions \\\\r\\\\n• High standards of quality, rigor, and documentation\\\\r\\\\n• Strong quality, security, and compliance mindset in regulated/GxP environments.\\\\r\\\\n• Effective collaboration with IS, security, application teams and QA/Validation.\\\\r\\\\nExpected deliverables\\\\r\\\\n• End-to-end application onboarding delivery through go-live (connector setup, aggregation/correlation, provisioning, support).\\\\r\\\\n• Upgrade impact assessment and remediation plan (incl. refactoring and regression testing approach).\\\\r\\\\n• Audit-ready technical/validation documentation aligned with change control and traceability.\\\\r\\\\n• Root-cause troubleshooting across IdentityIQ and Tomcat (logs, performance triage, defect fixes).\\\\r\\\\nKey technical skills\\\\r\\\\n• IdentityIQ rules/workflows (BeanShell/Java) and object model/API usage.\\\\r\\\\n• Connector onboarding (AD/LDAP/JDBC/REST/SCIM/SAP) and entitlement/role modeling.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshooting on IdentityIQ/Tomcat; log-driven diagnostics and performance awareness.\\\\r\\\\nNice to have\\\\r\\\\n• IdentityIQ upgrade experience (8.x).\\\\r\\\\n• CI/CD and version control (Git) basics.\\\\r\\\\n• REST/SCIM integration exposure and broader IAM architecture understanding.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience in regulated/industrial/pharma environments; familiarity with security/audit/compliance frameworks.\\\\r\\\\nTechnical environment (indicative)\\\\r\\\\n• SailPoint IdentityIQ; Tomcat\\\\r\\\\n• AD/LDAP; enterprise applications (ERP/HR/business apps)\\\\r\\\\n• Connecto
