Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations is pivotal in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role focuses on problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management. The Track Lead will leverage their expertise in SAILPOINT IIQ and Java development to enhance operational systems and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems Using Sailpoint Iiq And Java To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Expectations, Fostering Strong Relationships And Accountability.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Promoting Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Facilitating A Collaborative Work Environment.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying And Implementing New Ideas For Process Development And Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Using Sailpoint Fam And Java Development That Align With Customer Needs And Lead To Measurable Business Results.
