Job Summary

As a Track Lead in Support & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational excellence while focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. You will lead a team dedicated to meeting client SLAs and ensuring high-quality service delivery through effective people management and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize Sharepoint Security Protocols Using Tls And Ssl To Enhance Operational Systems, Improving Management Reporting And Streamlining Information Flow.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements, Ensuring That The Support Team Consistently Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations.
3. Mentor And Lead The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Facilitating A Culture Of Continuous Improvement.
4. Propose Innovative Ideas And Solutions For Process Development, Leveraging Sharepoint Security Frameworks To Drive Organizational Progress.
5. Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs While Adhering To Security Standards In Sharepoint Environments, Driving Positive Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Sharepoint Security Management, Specifically Tls And Ssl.
2. Strong Understanding Of Operational Systems And Process Optimization Techniques.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Implement Innovative Solutions.
4. Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor Teams, Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.
