Track Lead - ServiceNow, IT Service Management
10+ years of experience - Supports ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture / APM modules with focus on data modeling, configuration, and governance using platform scripting and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain application portfolio, technology catalog, and lifecycle data in EA/APM modules Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, and data validation logic for EA data integrity Support data ingestion using XML/JSON, import sets, and transform maps Align EA data with CMDB/CSDM models and service relationships Configure dashboards and reports for technology risk, lifecycle, and rationalization insights Support architecture governance workflows (approvals, reviews, compliance checks) Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across application, CI, and service layers Assist in application rationalization, lifecycle management, and technology standardization Maintain relationships between applications, services, business capabilities Provide inputs for strategic decision-making and platform transformation initiatives Maintain EA/APM data using Business Rules and Script Includes for data validation and automation Configure dashboards and reports for application portfolio and technology landscape Work on data imports and integrations using XML/JSON and import sets Align EA data with CMDB using structured models (CSDM) Support governance workflows using Flow Designer and approval workflows Assist in architecture insights and reporting using platform analytics
Skill Requirements
Hands-on experience with: Business Rules, Script Includes (data processing logic) Data import/export using XML/JSON Understanding of APM / EA modules in ServiceNow Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, data relationships Exposure to data modeling and analytics
Other Requirements
Certification: CIS-APM / EA or TOGAF preferred Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Experience in enterprise IT landscape analysis
