Job Summary
Job Role : Track Lead - ServiceNow, IT Service Management
10+ years of experience - Leads HAM function ensuring governance, compliance, and optimization while having working knowledge of ServiceNow technical capabilities to drive automation and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Define and enforce HAM governance framework, policies, and processes across lifecycle Drive asset lifecycle optimization (procurement, utilization, retirement, disposal) Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and asset accuracy across systems Oversee implementation of automation via workflows, Business Rules, and Service Catalog Monitor and manage HAM KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics Lead data quality initiatives (CMDB alignment, duplicate cleanup, reconciliation) Coordinate with technical teams to enhance automation and integrations (Discovery, procurement tools) Manage major incidents, audits, and customer reporting for asset compliance Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, and vendor management teams Define HAM processes and governance policies with automation using workflows and platform capabilities Collaborate with technical teams to implement enhancements using: Business Rules and Scripts for validations Service Catalog and workflow automation Perform audits, compliance tracking, and optimization reporting Drive improvements using data insights, dashboards, and KPI tracking Oversee integration flows (Discovery, procurement systems, external tools)
Skill Requirements
Strong functional expertise with: Working knowledge of Client Scripts, Business Rules (functional awareness) Understanding of data flows (XML/JSON integrations) Deep knowledge of HAM lifecycle, compliance, governance Experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
Other Requirements
Certification: ServiceNow ITAM / ITIL preferred Experience in large enterprise asset management programs
