Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer for Wella Steady State building and enhancing ITSM workflows, integration to monitoring and CMDB, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

 1) ITSM enhancement per Wella backlog. 2) Flow Designer, Business Rule and UI Policy dev. 3) CMDB integrations. 4) Reports and dashboards. 5) Meet dev SLAs. 6) Author dev documentation. 7) Adhere to secure dev SOP. 8) Support SIAM tool integration.

Skill Requirements

3-5 years ServiceNow with CSA and CAD certification; ITSM; Flow Designer; JavaScript; GlideRecord; ITIL v4.

Other Requirements

Excellent communication skills; flexibility for shifts (24x7 rotational for L1/L2); willingness to work from Noida/Lucknow ODC; adherence to HCL ISMS and Wella data protection standards.
