Job Summary

seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Professional with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HRSD and ITSM solutions using the ServiceNow platform. This position requires a deep understanding of HR processes, ITSM practices, and proficiency in configuring smart forms within the ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions, encompassing both HRSD and ITSM modules. 2. Design and implement HR Service Delivery workflows, including case management, while ensuring seamless integration with ITSM processes. 3. Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet HR and IT process requirements, emphasizing the use of smart forms for efficient data collection and processing. 4. Provide expertise in ServiceNow modules related to HRSD, ITSM, and smart forms configuration. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HRSD and ITSM solutions with overall business objectives. 6. Conduct regular system audits and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly across both HRSD and ITSM domains. 7. Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously optimize HRSD, ITSM, and smart forms solutions.
