Job Summary

The Track Lead in Tools & Automation plays a pivotal role in operations management, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving while ensuring client SLAs are met. Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Snow Admin And Javascript To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow, Optimizing Business Processes For Better Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Rest/Soap Api Integrations.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Utilizing Angularjs For Developing User-Centric Solutions.
4. Drive Innovation By Proposing New Ideas And Process Enhancements That Contribute To Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Leveraging Snow Admin Functionalities To Drive Business Results Within The Established Environment.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Snow Admin / Support With A Solid Understanding Of Operational Best Practices.
2. Strong Expertise In Javascript For Developing Interactive Web Applications And Enhancing User Interfaces.
3. Familiarity With Rest/Soap Apis For Effective System Integrations.
4. Competent In Angularjs For Creating Dynamic And Responsive Web Applications.
5. In-Depth Knowledge Of Process Improvement Methodologies And Problem-Solving Techniques.

Other Requirements

1. Itil Foundation Certification Is Optional But Valuable For This Role.
2. Additional Certifications In Javascript Frameworks Or Api Management Are Advantageous

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
