Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing operational management with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for ensuring that the support team meets client SLAs while fostering an empowered and effective team environment through strategic people management.

Minimum 5+ years overall software development experience with strong proficiency in GoLang, Python, and React (minimum 3 years each), plus SQL proficiency and demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.\\\\r\\\\nProven experience in developing automation solutions (preferably Network automation) and modern frontend development with CSS customization.\\\\r\\\\nExperience with or willingness to quickly learn OpenShift Container Platform architecture, application deployment, resource management, and basic CI/CD pipelines.\\\\r\\\\nExperience in developing and managing APIs, with basic Linux/Unix familiarity for legacy application support, and basic Perl knowledge for legacy migrations to GoLang.

2. Analyze Client Requirements And Oversee The Support Team’S Performance To Ensure Alignment With Client Expectations And Slas, Driving Customer Satisfaction Through Effective Communication.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Implementing Best Practices In Network Development And Automation, Ensuring Clear Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Team Culture.
4. Drive Innovation In Processes By Identifying Opportunities For Improvement In Network Operations And Automation, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs Through Advanced Network Development Techniques And Automation Strategies, Ensuring Impactful Business Results.
