Job Summary

Solarwinds position for NAM module JD responsibilities are as below • SolarWinds Orion Administrator will support the implementation of SolarWinds Orion across the enterprise • Managing and supporting the SolarWinds Orion environment, including Orion servers and pollers • Recommend the approach to onboarding new SolarWinds Orion services • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of SolarWinds Orion

Key Responsibilities

Lead incident triage related to SolarWinds Orion platform incidents • Ensuring the administration, maintenance, and patching of the application • Facilitates the creation and auditing of monitoring and alerting according to best practice • Creation and documentation of best practice standards and procedures

Skill Requirements

Monitors system to ensure compliance with licensing and effective use of resources • Perform incident review with focus on monitoring and/or alerting improvements • Create meaningful reports and dashboards in SolarWinds Orion • Monitor and ensure the performance of the application

Other Requirements

Facilitate integration with other platforms • Researches and recommends tools and procedures for increased infrastructure performance
