Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a vital role in managing operations with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is pivotal for meeting client SLAs while empowering teams through effective management and mentorship, ultimately contributing to the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Solaris Administration And Jumstart Ai To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes For Effective Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Utilize Solaris Administration To Ensure The Support Team Consistently Meets Or Exceeds Client Expectations.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Using Jumstart Ai To Drive Improvements In Team Performance And Collaboration.
4. Introduce Innovative Ideas And Solutions Within The Realms Of Solaris Administration And Jumstart Ai For Process Development, Driving Overall Organizational Progress.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs While Leveraging Solaris Administration To Achieve Significant Business Results Within The Operational Environment.
