Job Summary

Job Summary : Flexera One (SaaS-based SAM platform) & Migration Key Responsibilities • Administer, configure, and manage the Flexera One platform for Software Asset Management (SAM) operations • Support and maintain the on-premises legacy solution FNMS, ensuring continuity during transition phases • Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration tasks related to asset management • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and reconciliation across SAM tools and databases • Act as a SPOC for Flexera-related support and escalations • Liaise with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions • Assist in data migration, normalization, and reconciliation between Flexera One and FNMS • Generate and present asset management reports and insights to internal and client teams Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience with Flexera One (SaaS-based SAM platform) • Working knowledge of FNMS (Flexera IT Visibility / on-prem legacy) • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation • Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets • Good understanding of software licensing models and compliance • Experience working in a customer-facing or support role Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Migration • Administer, configure, and manage the Flexera One platform including user access, inventory rules, system settings, and application recognition (ARL) • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Flexera beacons and FlexNet inventory agents; diagnose and resolve reporting failures • Configure and monitor inventory data sources (Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, cloud connectors); identify and remediate coverage gaps • Support and maintain the legacy FNMS on-premises environment during the transition period • Assist in migrating from FNMS to Flexera One including data migration, normalization, reconciliation, and integrity validation • Coordinate platform upgrades and configuration changes in alignment with Flexera release schedules and change management processes; maintain migration runbooks and SOPs SAM Operations • Maintain accurate software asset inventory including normalization, entitlement mapping, and lifecycle tracking • Monitor license compliance positions and manage entitlement records aligned to procurement and usage data • Support internal and external audits by providing license position data, deployment evidence, and reconciliation documentation • Identify opportunities for license harvesting and cost savings SaaS Management • Track SaaS subscriptions, user allocations, and utilization data to identify optimization and consolidation opportunities • Support renewal planning and maintain an accurate SaaS application catalog Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement • Generate and present asset management reports and insights to internal teams on a regular cadence • Act as SPOC for Flexera platform support, escalations, and vendor engagement • Liaise with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate license data General & Ad Hoc • Perform additional SAM, ITAM, and Flexera platform tasks as assigned • Support special projects, data requests, and process improvement initiatives as business needs arise Job Description : Key Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n• Administer, configure, and manage the Flexera One platform for Software Asset Management (SAM) operations\\\\r\\\\n• Support and maintain the on-premi Job Responsibilities : Flexera support Admin • Administer, configure, and manage the Flexera One platform for Software Asset Management (SAM) operations • Support and main
