Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operational processes and driving continuous improvement. This position emphasizes problem-solving, meeting client service level agreements (SLAs), and empowering teams through effective leadership. The Track Lead will leverage technical skills in Terraform and Python to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems Using Terraform And Python To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Utilize Git And Github For Version Control, Ensuring That The Support Team Effectively Meets Client Requirements And Expectations.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.
4. Implement Automation Solutions Using Ansible And Cloudbuild To Drive Innovation And Improve Process Efficiency Across Operations.
5. Analyze Client Needs And Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Business Objectives, Leading To Measurable Improvements In Customer Satisfaction And Operational Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Terraform For Infrastructure As Code And Automation.
2. Strong Programming Skills In Python For Developing Operational Tools And Scripts.
3. Solid Understanding Of Git And Github For Source Control And Collaboration.
4. Familiarity With Cloudbuild To Automate Software Delivery Processes.
5. Experience With Ansible For Configuration Management And Deployment.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate, Python Institute Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (Pcep), Or Relevant Cloud Certifications
