Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operational processes and driving continuous improvement. This position emphasizes problem-solving, meeting client service level agreements (SLAs), and empowering teams through effective leadership. The Track Lead will leverage technical skills in Terraform and Python to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational objectives.

Core Competencies • AI/ML Model Development (Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement Learning) • Large Language Model (LLM) integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs) • Prompt Engineering and Fine-tuning • Natural Language Processing (NLP) • Computer Vision (CV), Transformers, CNNs • Data Engineering & Feature Pipelines • API & Microservice Integration for AI • Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) • Deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, Streamlit, FastAPI • MLOps & Model Monitoring (MLflow, Weights & Biases) • LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

 

8+ years in technical support, software development, or DevOps roles with a focus on Python/Perl applications and AI/ML Developer Experienced Senior AI /ML and Python Developer with over 8+ years of hands-on expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and NLP, with a deep focus on Python-based development. Proven ability to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems using modern AI frameworks and Python ecosystems. Adept at transforming business problems into scalable and production-ready solutions.

2. Utilize Git And Github For Version Control, Ensuring That The Support Team Effectively Meets Client Requirements And Expectations.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.
4. Implement Automation Solutions Using Ansible And Cloudbuild To Drive Innovation And Improve Process Efficiency Across Operations.
5. Analyze Client Needs And Deliver Tailored Solutions That Align With Business Objectives, Leading To Measurable Improvements In Customer Satisfaction And Operational Outcomes.

1. Proficiency In Terraform For Infrastructure As Code And Automation.
2. Strong Programming Skills In Python For Developing Operational Tools And Scripts.
3. Solid Understanding Of Git And Github For Source Control And Collaboration.
4. Familiarity With Cloudbuild To Automate Software Delivery Processes.
5. Experience With Ansible For Configuration Management And Deployment.
